Wheres the app I purchased!?

This WAS a 5 star app until I updated to the latest version!! All workout tutorials and posters seem to be gone. This now appears to be a calorie and exercise TRACKER which is not what I originally purchased! I want the old version back or a refund so I can purchase what I really need!!!
